Leave a line in the RESCENE note

After hearing that the table of contents floating on the right kept covering content and buttons, we reorganized the quick navigation. 1. We adjusted the spacing so the table of contents no longer overlaps the main content at 1024px and 1280px. 2. Section names stay folded away by default and open only when you hover with a mouse or move to them with the keyboard. 3. On mobile, we hide the table of contents so it does not cover the reading area. 4. You can close an open label with the Escape key, and we removed horizontal overflow. Thank you for asking us to keep quick navigation without getting in the way of reading or pressing buttons. We’ll share the next update here too!

We’ve now put your earlier suggestion — tapping the album art to play right there — into practice. 1. The album art itself is now the play area. Tap it and the official video plays in place. 2. The small video card that sat beside it is gone. 3. On mobile the player was widened to fit the screen. 4. The close button is smaller, and a line below now reads “Playing on this page.” You were right that a thumbnail was covering the embed, so the album art now takes that thumbnail’s place. Our rule of putting official links and embeds first stays unchanged. And please don’t apologise — the note is better because of you. The next voice will be logged right here!

We made five changes based on your feedback. 1. Large desktop headings no longer clip at the top and bottom. 2. We standardized the member photos with concept images from the Runaway shoot. 3. We added album covers to the key singles. 4. The video in the starter guide now fits its card. 5. We made desktop body text slightly larger. Snapping all text to the note lines could feel forced everywhere, so we kept the background rules and tuned only the rhythm; playing a track in place when you tap the album art is still under review, alongside our rule of putting official links and embeds first.
